We isued a P&I policy for an Ocean ship with term and condition stimulated
“P&I risks subject to Institude Protection and Indemnity Clause Hulls-Time 20/7/87- Clause 344, including cargo liabilities, including 1/4th Liability under RDC”
and a risk had occured – a seaman has been serious injured due to falling dowm from ship’crane to the hatch.
In this case, kly advised me if the above mentioned risk to be covered by our policy.
